February 2026 - Summer CREAM TEAS in June
The cottages are open for a few group visits in June, including an afternoon of cream teas on Thursday 18th June open to the public, for a cost of £20 for the talk and cream tea. If you would like to book a place please ring Janet on 07771637735.
And we are holding our annual two days of charity bridge events on Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd June (for improvers). Again, please ring Janet to book on 07771637735.
On Saturday 20th June we are pleased to be hosting a private visit from The Enfield Society.
We will also be open again in September for a part of the Heritage Open Days. Dates to be confirmed
Past Events
The next opportunity to view the paintings will be at our Open Day next September.
Each viewing lasts approximately one hour, and you will need to book atime slot when the bookings open. Details will be available on this site nearer the time or available on the Heritage OPen Days website.
Each hour starts with a talk by historical researcher Karen Murphy followed by an opportunity to view the paintings and the building.
Refreshments will be available.
Tickets are free but there is a suggested donation of £5 per person payable on your visit. All contributions go towards the upkeep and maintenance of the paintings and the building.
Children are welcome but it is not suitable for very young infants.
Please note that while we will do everything we can to accomodate disabled visitors, there are a few unavoidable steps into the cottage and uneven flooring throughout the buiding. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements and we will do our best to help.
